At Fortune Electric LLC, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to customer satisfaction. While we do not offer traditional refunds for services rendered, we do have the following policies in place:
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the electrical work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will review the issue and, if necessary, return to address any concerns at no additional cost, provided the issue is related to the original service and not due to new damage or third-party alterations.
2. Deposits and Cancellations
For certain jobs, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling and order materials. Deposits are non-refundable once work or material procurement has begun. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Services
If you prepaid for a service and canceled before work began, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs already incurred (such as materials ordered or site visits). Refunds are issued at our discretion.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in rare cases of billing errors or duplicate payments. Any approved refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
